The student will learn trampoline on and off-axis skill with a hint of Parkour and Floor exercises. Want to train for snowboarding, wakeboarding or other extreme sport and minimize your risks of injury? Trampolining is the best way to safely build spatial awareness and body mechanics. Students will learn new skills and tricks while becoming more confident in their everyday life. Every aspect of the facility will be used including super trampolines, foam pits, slack lines, spring floor, and spines. Younger kids will focus on building coordination, agility, strength, and balance through fun games and activities. More advanced classes will focus on developing sport specific skills with competitive games and drills.
Evaluation will be done on an 8-week basis, with certificates issued for each student.
Students can join the class at any time (based on availability)
