The only time a booking is required is for birthday parties, facility buyouts, and group events. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?\n\t\t\t\tYes, guests are allowed to take photos & video during their visit. However, mobile phones and other devices may only be used on carpeted areas (not while jumping or enjoying other attractions).\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tHow do I know when my time is done?\n\t\t\t\tOur court monitor staff will let you know when your jump time has ended, based on the colour of the wristband you receive at check-in.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?\n\t\t\t\tYes, we do offer lockers at our parks. They are $2.00 for a one-time use. However, it may be wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger children to be able to help if needed. We offer a “Parent” wristband at no cost. This wristband allows the parent to assist their children on the trampolines, but does not permit the parent to jump on the trampolines. A waiver and trampoline socks are still required for the parent to access the trampolines, even if not jumping.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo I have to pay for my toddler \/ infant to participate?\n\t\t\t\tChildren 2 years old and younger may jump for free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump with their child 2 and under, the child’s admission is $14\/hour<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a charge if you’re not jumping?\n\t\t\t\tNo, there is no charge for guests who want to watch the action from our comfy couches. Admission fees only apply to guests wanting to access the attractions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have any age restrictions?\n\t\t\t\tNo, we do not have age restrictions. Our Neon Lights events (Fridays & Saturdays from 9 pm to 11 pm) may not be suitable for children under the age of 13, however attendance is at the parents discretion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have an area for small children?\n\t\t\t\tYes, all of our parks have a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. The only time a booking is required is for birthday parties, facility buyouts, and group events. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?\n\t\t\t\tYes, guests are allowed to take photos & video during their visit. However, mobile phones and other devices may only be used on carpeted areas (not while jumping or enjoying other attractions).\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tHow do I know when my time is done?\n\t\t\t\tOur court monitor staff will let you know when your jump time has ended, based on the colour of the wristband you receive at check-in.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?\n\t\t\t\tYes, we do offer lockers at our parks. They are $2.00 for a one-time use. However, it may be wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger children to be able to help if needed. We offer a “Parent” wristband at no cost. This wristband allows the parent to assist their children on the trampolines, but does not permit the parent to jump on the trampolines. A waiver and trampoline socks are still required for the parent to access the trampolines, even if not jumping.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo I have to pay for my toddler \/ infant to participate?\n\t\t\t\tChildren 2 years old and younger may jump for free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump with their child 2 and under, the child’s admission is $14\/hour<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a charge if you’re not jumping?\n\t\t\t\tNo, there is no charge for guests who want to watch the action from our comfy couches. Admission fees only apply to guests wanting to access the attractions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have any age restrictions?\n\t\t\t\tNo, we do not have age restrictions. Our Neon Lights events (Fridays & Saturdays from 9 pm to 11 pm) may not be suitable for children under the age of 13, however attendance is at the parents discretion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have an area for small children?\n\t\t\t\tYes, all of our parks have a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. They are not restricted to that area and may access the rest of the facility as well, but the Kiddie Court is a safe place for little ones to bounce away from the bigger kids.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre grip socks included in general admission?\n\t\t\t\tTrampoline grip socks are not included in the ticket price but can be purchased for $3.50 a pair online, in-store, or even brought in from a previous visit or another trampoline park.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have a place to purchase food & drinks?\n\t\t\t\tYes, we have our very own Drey Caf\u00e9, which provides fresh, high-quality, made to order food and refreshing drink options.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhere can I find the waiver and how to sign it?\n\t\t\t\tYou can find our waiver by clicking here<\/a> or by completing it at the waiver kiosk in-store! No, a reservation or appointment is not required. The only time a booking is required is for birthday parties, facility buyouts, and group events. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?\n\t\t\t\t
Yes, guests are allowed to take photos & video during their visit. However, mobile phones and other devices may only be used on carpeted areas (not while jumping or enjoying other attractions).\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tHow do I know when my time is done?\n\t\t\t\t
Our court monitor staff will let you know when your jump time has ended, based on the colour of the wristband you receive at check-in.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?\n\t\t\t\t
Yes, we do offer lockers at our parks. They are $2.00 for a one-time use. We also offer a number of cubbies around the park for shoes and other items.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the special needs rate?\n\t\t\t\t
Everyday, we offer our guests with special needs a rate of $8 per hour, with free admission for one assisting caretaker or parent.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat are your regular hours?\n\t\t\t\t
We are open on Sunday and Monday from 10 am – 9pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 2pm-9pm, Friday from 2pm-11 pm and Saturday from 10 am – 11pm.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you offer group rates?\n\t\t\t\t

Special considerations can be made during birthday party or group bookings, for those with food allergies.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo I have to jump with my kids?\n\t\t\t\tNo, we do not require that you jump with your children. However, it may be wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger children to be able to help if needed. We offer a “Parent” wristband at no cost. This wristband allows the parent to assist their children on the trampolines, but does not permit the parent to jump on the trampolines. A waiver and trampoline socks are still required for the parent to access the trampolines, even if not jumping.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo I have to pay for my toddler \/ infant to participate?\n\t\t\t\tChildren 2 years old and younger may jump for free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump with their child 2 and under, the child’s admission is $14\/hour<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a charge if you’re not jumping?\n\t\t\t\tNo, there is no charge for guests who want to watch the action from our comfy couches. Admission fees only apply to guests wanting to access the attractions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have any age restrictions?\n\t\t\t\tNo, we do not have age restrictions. Our Neon Lights events (Fridays & Saturdays from 9 pm to 11 pm) may not be suitable for children under the age of 13, however attendance is at the parents discretion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have an area for small children?\n\t\t\t\tYes, all of our parks have a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. No, we do not require that you jump with your children. However, it may be wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger children to be able to help if needed. We offer a “Parent” wristband at no cost. This wristband allows the parent to assist their children on the trampolines, but does not permit the parent to jump on the trampolines. A waiver and trampoline socks are still required for the parent to access the trampolines, even if not jumping.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo I have to pay for my toddler \/ infant to participate?\n\t\t\t\t
Children 2 years old and younger may jump for free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump with their child 2 and under, the child’s admission is $14\/hour<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a charge if you’re not jumping?\n\t\t\t\t
No, there is no charge for guests who want to watch the action from our comfy couches. Admission fees only apply to guests wanting to access the attractions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have any age restrictions?\n\t\t\t\t
No, we do not have age restrictions. Our Neon Lights events (Fridays & Saturdays from 9 pm to 11 pm) may not be suitable for children under the age of 13, however attendance is at the parents discretion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have an area for small children?\n\t\t\t\t
Yes, all of our parks have a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. They are not restricted to that area and may access the rest of the facility as well, but the Kiddie Court is a safe place for little ones to bounce away from the bigger kids.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre grip socks included in general admission?\n\t\t\t\t
Trampoline grip socks are not included in the ticket price but can be purchased for $3.50 a pair online, in-store, or even brought in from a previous visit or another trampoline park.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you have a place to purchase food & drinks?\n\t\t\t\t

You can find our waiver by clicking here<\/a> or by completing it at the waiver kiosk in-store! All waivers are filled out electronically and are required for all jumpers. Jumpers under the age of 18 must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
